The Desktop Support diploma program provides training in the computer and user support skills needed to excel in a technical help desk environment. It includes hands-on instruction in computer hardware, software and network troubleshooting.

Career Opportunities in Desktop Support
Students will have the opportunity to earn certification as a CompTIA A+ IT Technician or as a Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician along the way. The courses transfer easily to the two-year Information Systems Engineering or the four-year Bachelor of Information Technology degrees.
