After many years in retail sales with far too many hours and little job stability, Matthew Matta decided to pursue an associate degree at the Youngstown Campus. Some thirty years ago, he was locally employed at the Cafaro Company doing some accounting work which he really enjoyed so he decided to enroll in the business administration-accounting program. As he is currently in his 5th term, Matt is well on his way toward graduation. Originally lacking computer skills, Matt has already benefited greatly from his courses. In fact, Microsoft Excel is one of his favorite classes. He practices on it every day and said that “the key to knowledge is repetition.” He also expressed much appreciation and admiration for his business instructors.
