Giving Back
Eula Owolo (pictured) has yet to walk across the stage but this upcoming graduate has already begun to give back to her campus. Owolo completed her coursework in the Computerized Office Applications diploma program in August 2008 and found employment shortly thereafter with Progressive Educational Learning Center as a receptionist. This week, Owolo returned to the Nashville campus in order to speak with current students on the importance of computer skills and punctuality in the workforce. “Some places are very strict about showing up on time,” she said. “They will give a write-up warning maybe once or twice, if you are lucky. Then, you are let go.” Owolo also spoke about the importance of being organized.
