She's Hired
Alexandria Johnson, business administration-accounting student at the Louisville Campus, noticed flyers hanging up around the campus which enticed her to attend a presentation about H&R Block employment opportunities. She signed up for a tax-training class which was free to National students. The training normally requires a $99 fee to attend but H&R Block discounted the fee for National students. Alexandria learned everything she needed to know and passed a certification exam with a 90% score. She just started taking a Success Class also offered by H&R Block and as long as she passes, they will hire her. She is planning to be placed at a local H&R Block as an employee by January.
Alexandria will be graduating with her associate degree in May and she said it feels good to know that she already has a job lined up: “I never thought I would be in my career field so soon and I have the National College Career Center to thank!”
