Welcome Partner

The Lexington campus is proud to have the local branch of Job Corps joining our Partners in Education program. Job Corps provides no-cost education and vocational training for its students and is administered by the U.S. Department of Labor. Job Corps' goal is to assist young people from ages 16 to 24 obtain a better job, higher wages, and take control of their lives and futures. Students are provided a monthly allowance while with Job Corps as well. Job Corps also provides career and educational counseling as well as transition support to its students for up to 12-months after they graduate from the program. Lexington Community Resource Coordinator Earlane Cox (left) is delighted to work with the local Job Corps office and Mr. Donte Tichenor (right), Career Transition Specialist. Mr. Tichenor has been instrumental in referring suitable students to our campus on numerous occasions. We are proud to have Job Corps as a new partner!
