An Honor to Korean War Veterans
On Thursday, June 25th, National College was well represented for Indianapolis Mayor Greg Ballard's Salute to Korean War Veterans which was held at the Indiana War Memorial in downtown Indianapolis. The event was filled with honored heroes of the Korean War as well as former Congressman Andy Jacobs, Mayor Greg Ballard, and Ron Rosser (pictured second left), recipient of the Congressional Medal of Honor. Those that participated from the Indianapolis Campus were Lead Manager Barbara Beauchamp (third left), Admissions Representative Ty Mays, Director of Health Care Education Wendy Oguz, Instructor Diana Marcum, Community Resource Coordinator David Stephens (right), and students Shatoya Chatman and Shannon Davis (left). National College was thanked from the podium during the ceremony for our dedication and work in the planning and execution of the event.
