An Easy Transition
Harrisonburg graduate Christina Lantz loves her job as office manager for Blue Ridge Family Medicine, a growing family practice with eleven employees, one physician, and a nurse practitioner. Christina graduated three years ago from the medical assisting degree program. Just a few months after she walked across the stage and received her diploma, she learned that a doctor was establishing a new practice. She took her resume in right away and got the job. She said it was an easy transition to go to work as she already knew how to do everything that was expected of her, thanks to her studies and great preparation at National.
