Inspired for the Next Step
Crystal Shull (pictured), a Pharmacy Technician graduate from the Harrisonburg Campus in 2005, loves her job! She works at Verona Pharmacy, an independent pharmacy about 18 miles south of Harrisonburg. Since graduation, she has taught some of the Pharmacy Technician courses at the campus. She also has big plans!
Because she loves her career so much, she has decided to continue her schooling and become a pharmacist. For Crystal, this has meant going back to college to earn a bachelor’s degree in a science field in order to be accepted into pharmacy school, of which there are only four in Virginia. She confesses that she got spoiled at National College with the individual attention and small classes. She has discovered it’s not like that at other colleges. But Crystal is a serious and committed student. She will make a great contribution to her new profession, just as she has to her current one.
