The Florence campus was established in 1978 in Northern Kentucky, which is part of the Cincinnati, Ohio metropolitan area. The region is home to major corporations, financial institutions, and medical centers that seek employees with excellent technical skills. National's location on Ewing Boulevard is between Burlington Pike and Route 42 and is convenient to the TANK public transit system.

Students Assist Veterans
Students in the medical assisting program at the Florence Campus recently used their time and talent at the Bellvue Veterans Club. Keisha Pflugh, Amy Busken (pictured), Tammy Pierson, Melissa Guffey, and Faith Fleek assisted with the "Veterans Stand Down," an annual event targeted to help homeless veterans get critical medical screenings and health checks, and be made aware of services that are available to them.
Keisha and Amy were especially recognized by Veterans Administration physicians for their professionalism, efficiency and kindness shown to the former service men. Under the supervision of Director of Health Care Education Evie Mann, the duo provided over 200 blood pressure tests, cholesterol screenings, and blood sugar tests. Participants were excited to be there and are already looking forward to other ways to be involved in our community.
