Enthusiastic Recommendation

Heather Sandusky graduated from the from Danville, Kentucky Campus in 2005 from the medical assisting program with high honors. As a student, she did an externship at Dr. Reinhart’s office in Danville which turned into a permanent position after graduation. When Dr. Reinhart relocated to the Georgetown area, she had no problem finding a new job.
Heather is now working as a phlebotomist through Ephraim McDowell at Danville Cardiology. She said the hands-on experience she got while a student helped her as she prepared for the work force. She also noted that her instructors were very influential in her learning and her drive for success. She said Director of Health Care Education Anita Denson was her most influential instructor. “Anita has always been there to help any of her students and even after graduation she has an open door policy, you can go to her for any kind of help or questions you might have.”
Enthusiastic about her education, Heather went on to say, “I loved National because it was small and they were there for me whenever I needed the help or had any questions…My experience at National College was the best and I recommend anyone wanting to get into the medical field to make that call, like I did, it will change their life and put them on the right path to a career with a future. Thanks National College and thank you Anita for all your help.”
