Finish What you Started

Jamea Crawford needed experience and education to get back into the workforce. She chose National's Danville, Kentucky Campus to help her start a new career. She also wanted to prove to herself that she could start something and finish it.
Jamea graduated in May 2009 with an associate degree from the medical assisting program. She also received a diploma in business administration. She accomplished her goal with a degree and a diploma in less than three years and has started a new career. For the last eight months, Jamea has been working at the Commonwealth Cancer Center in Danville. "I love it here; the people are great," she says of the center.
Jamea is appreciative of the campus's staff and faculty for helping her reach her goals. She said, "They are tremendous and they are there for you whenever you need them." Jamea chose National because of the small class sizes and the "perfect" location. She has three small children and said that National's schedule worked well for her and her busy family.
She is glad her education is behind her and she is working in a new job that she loves: "My experience and training at National helped me to get where I am today."
