Alliance for Success
After several months of discussion, Cincinnati Campus Medical Assisting Students have great reason to celebrate! Leslie Harbors, Director of Health Care Education, has entered into a contract with The Health Alliance of Cincinnati. The Health Alliance is are a large network of hospitals, including The West Chester Medical Center, Jewish Hospital, University Hospital, Fort Hamilton Hospital, and The Drake Center. The Alliance also incorporates physicians’ offices through Alliance Primary Care - which includes forty three locations in the Cincinnati area, mostly specializing in either primary care or internal medicine. Not only will there be an abundance of externship sites through this new partnership, but the Health Alliance will be offering a $2,000 sign on bonus for the students they wish to hire after their externships. The contract will give students extra motivation to excel in their studies because they have an immediate employment opportunity and financial incentives.
