LEAD Host
On February 12th, the Bristol Campus hosted a class for the Bristol Chamber of Commerce LEAD program. The class focused on Generations in the Workplace/ Leadership Styles. Among the informative speakers was Regional Director of Operations for the Tennessee Division Cyndee Perdue Moore. Cyndee specifically presented “Leadership in the Workplace” in which she explained how to be an effective leader.
During the afternoon session, Mike Depollo from Eastman Chemical Company talked about leadership styles and had the participants work in groups to assemble a puzzle (pictured). He timed each group to see how well they worked together for the common goal. Campus Director Debbie Black’s group won!
