Suture Learning Opportunity

During a barber incident with scissors, Tim Jessee (Director of Health Care Education Sheri Jessee’s husband) had to have his ear sutured which turned into a great opportunity for students in the Clinical Medical Assisting class. Sheri was teaching her students about sutures and suture removal so Tim volunteered to allow the future medical assistants to observe his medical situation and remove his sutures.
Student Stephanie Cumbois pictured removing Tim’s sutures while Sheri supervises and student Linda Hensleyobserves.
