Floating into 1st Place
On Saturday, December 1st, the creativity of student Josh Fairchild earned the Bristol Campus a 1st place win at the Bristol Christmas Parade. Josh had help from several people to bring his gingerbread vision to life with a fantastic float and many props. Dressed as gingerbread people, Josh rode on the float with Student Services Representative Marla Quesenberry, Administrative Assistant Doris Smith, and Director of Health Care Education Sheri Jessee. Sheri’s son, Dalton, participated as an elf. While Campus Director Patrick DeMesa and his family pulled the float, students Tonya Bean, Amy Taylor, Ann Tillison, Calvin Robinson, and staff members Amy Andes and Angela Lyons carried the College’s parade banner and gave out candy to the crowd gathered on State Street.
