Application instructions for International Undergraduate Students
We will be able to make an admission decision upon receipt of the following documents:
The minimum requirement for admission as an undergraduate student is a high school diploma. You will need to submit a copy of your high school transcript with your applications.
Please print and complete the following: International Student Application Materials Checklist, International Undergraduate Student Application for Admission form, Sister City Grant, and the Partnership for International Education Grant. The application(s) are available in PDF format for your convenience.
Additional documentation may be required. Please fully review the requirements before submitting your application.

Grant Options
The Partnership for International Education Grant is designed to recognize, award, and assist international students who wish to continue their studies on a post-secondary or graduate level. The role of the grant is to aid international students in achieving their desire to obtain a career education on the collegiate level. International students (undergraduate and MBA students) that have a F1 or M1 Visa may apply for this grant.

The Sister City Grant is designed to recognize, award, and assist international students who wish to continue their studies in the United States, either in an academic program or English as a Second Language (ESL) program. The college will provide one Sister City grant per year to each of the following Sister Cities:
Wonju, Korea;
Kisumu, Kenya;
Pskov, Russia;
Florianópolis, Brazil;
Opole, Poland;
Lijiang, China;
Saint-Lô, France

Send your completed admissions application, your one-time, non-refundable application fee of US$125, the completed Partnership for International Education Grant application, your transcripts, and your sponsorship letter. You may authorize the College to charge your credit card or you may enclose an international money order with your application.

Application Instructions for International Master of Business Administration (MBA) Applicants
- Applications for the MBA program are accepted from students who currently hold a
Bachelor’s degree or greater, from an accredited institution in the U.S. or government-recognized school outside the U.S.

- Print and complete the following: Application for Admission to MBA Program form, your transcripts, three Letters of Recommendation, 300 word written essay, Resume/Curriculum Vitae, GMAT Scores (for Foreign Baccalaureate holders), Partnership for International Education Grant application and your US$75 application fee to the below address. You may authorize the college to charge your credit card, or you may enclose an international money order with your application. The application is available in PDF format for your convenience.

Application to MBA Program (including MBA Application Recommendation Form)

Application Instructions for International Transfer Students
- Prior collegiate work from an institution previously attended by the student is accepted by National College only when it is demonstrated that this work is in keeping with career and educational objectives of the student’s chosen course of study. Transfer credits are accepted on an individual basis after a complete evaluation.
In additional to your International Student Application for Undergraduate or MBA studies, print and complete one of the following and present to the college you are currently attending.

- Send your completed admissions application, your one-time, non-refundable application fee, the Partnership for International Grant application, the international Student Transfer Eligibility form, your transcripts and all other required documentation to the below address. Information for transferring students from National College:
- If you wish to transfer, you need to be accepted to a SEVIS approved school and present National with an acceptance letter and Transfer Release form from the new school.
- You must sign National College's Request for Release of SEVIS Record for Transfer Out Procedure.
- After these steps have been made, National College will release your SEVIS record to your new school.
Once You Are Accepted
The College will send you two forms:
Form I-20, Certificate of Eligibility for Non-immigrant Student Status SEVIS Form I-901
The Student and Exchange Visitor Information Service is part of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, a branch of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
Use your Form I-20 to complete Form I-901, and submit a US $100 fee ($200 beginning October 27, 2008.) This is required in order for you to be able to receive an F-1 or M-1 nonimmigrant visa to enter the U.S. as a student.
