From Student to Producer

Patrick Easley, student at the Lexington Campus, is one of many examples of students finding success at National College. He will finish his course work in the radio and television broadcasting program in this month and he has already found a job for Hampton Inns.

His new job as assistant general manager includes job duties relevant to his degree including producing and editing Hampton Inn's training videos which will be used by the company for all in-house training programs.

Patrick said that prior to enrolling at National College, he had been enrolled in two other Kentucky colleges. He said he decided to change careers and the Lexington Campus offered the program he was looking for. He said National was the obvious choice in providing intense training and a shorter path to reaching his goals. He was glad he made the decision to switch colleges because of National’s small classes, one-on-one instruction, and his ability to continue working around his class schedules. Patrick also had high praise for Lexington’s staff, faculty, and Career Center Director Cheryl Howell.  He said he has formed permanent relationships at the campus:  "I feel like I'm a part of a very close family at National College - one that has helped me reach my dream career."
